The 110th Southwestern Amateur Championship
June 11-14, 2025
The Desert Mountain Club, Scottsdale, AZ
2025 will be the 110th year of the Southwestern Amateur and the fifth year since the addition of the Women's Championship, which has quickly gained elevated status as an inaugural member of the Women's Elite Amateur Golf Series.
Our 2024 champions Leigh Chien (Irvine, CA / Stanford University) and Kristoffer Kuvaas (Norway / Pepperdine University) add to a list of past champions that have gone on to much success at the highest levels of amateur and professional golf.
Desert Mountain has been the home of the Southwestern Amateur since 2013 and with seven private courses - six designed by Jack Nicklaus - we feel it is the best venue in the entire Southwest. The Outlaw course will host us this year - as they did in 2021 and 2024. All Directors, Rules Officials, Volunteers and Desert Mountain teammates strive to make your experience the best of the entire year.
